Acting, how it all started

Early Beginnings in Theatre:

As a young girl, I was captivated by the magic of theater. I loved writing skits and acting in school plays, all the while dreaming of the moment I'd perform on a professional stage. These early experiences sparked a passion for storytelling within me and fostered my love for the performing arts. My favorite activities always revolved around drama class, drama camps, and writing.

The Dream of L.A.

I always felt destined to be the girl who headed to LA. At 18, a friend and I made a pact—we’d sell everything, toss our clothes into his Jeep, and drive west to chase our dreams. We gave ourselves two weeks, certain nothing could stand in our way. But fate had other plans. One night, while working at a restaurant, a man walked in. I turned to another waitress and whispered, “I’m going to marry him.” And just like that, everything shifted. Within two years, I was married and blessed with a beautiful daughter. For the next 23 years, my heart, energy, and time belonged to them—and I wouldn’t change a single moment.

Life Changes and New Responsibilities

Marriage and motherhood brought a beautiful set of challenges and responsibilities. I dedicated myself to raising my daughter, cherishing every moment and milestone in her life. Not once did I ever think about acting, miss it, or ever even consider going back down that road.

A Fresh Start in 2020

Then came 2020, a year of significant change for everyone. During this period, I participated in an online fitness competition, where I was performing exceptionally well. To boost my chances of winning, I began creating online videos, something I had never done before. As I produced these videos, I rediscovered the joy of being creative. With a new outlook and renewed determination, I plunged back into the field. I signed up for acting classes, submitted for local productions, and gradually reconnected with the craft I had always cherished.

Conclusion

Besides acting, I've rekindled my passion for writing. So far, I've written and produced five short films, with several more in progress. I've launched my own production company, Bonaire Films, and I'm eager to discover what else the universe has in store for me.
